2024
• Made 10 starts on the mound for the Eagles
• Ended the season with a 3-3 record 
• Had a 6.09 ERA over 34 innings 
• Delivered 16 strikeouts 
• Pitched his one of his best starts against Westmont on April 20 where he went five innings and only gave up one run on three hits, no walks and three strikeouts
• Struck out a season high of three in back-to-back starts to end the season against Westmont and Point Loma

2023
• Finished the season with a 6-4 record
• Was the starting pitcher in all 12 of the games he appeared in
• Threw a complete game shutout against Azusa Pacific
• Logged a single game season-high of seven strikeouts against APU
• Had seven appearances with at least five strikeouts
• Led the team with 58 strikeouts 
• Posted a 5.16 ERA through 68 innings pitched 

VANGUARD
• Played one season at Vanguard University
• Earned All-GSAC first team honors
• Started 13 games, recording a 10-0 record with a 3.12 ERA
• Struck out 54 batters, while issuing only 14 walks
• Participated at Southeastern CC before attending Vanguard

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped four varsity seasons at Central DeWitt High School in Iowa, graduating in 2019
• Two-time all-state first team and all-metro first team
• Led his team to a state runner-up finish and four district championships
• Three-time all-conference award winner
• Earned his team's leadership award and Cy Young award
• Also played basketball and golf for the Sabers, winning three state championships

PERSONAL
• Born October 15, 2000 to Ann and Mark Bixby
• Has two younger siblings (Kyle and Jacob)
• Plans to major in kinesiology, with the goal of becoming a physical therapist
• Enjoys fishing and golfing
• Favorite Bible Verse: Proverbs 10:4
• Why I Chose Biola: "I chose Biola to grow my faith in Christ and to get a Christ-centered education along with a using my God-given abilities to play baseball at a higher level."
