2009: Appeared in all 21 matches for Biola…playing in 305 minutes…scored three goals on seven shots overall…netted his first goal in the Eagles’ first game, a 5-0 victory at Cal State East Bay (Aug. 24)…added another goal while playing just six minutes in Biola’s 5-0 win over Trinity International (Sept. 4)…only other goal came in Eagles’ 4-0 home victory over Soka University (Sept. 18).
2008: Played in sixteen games as a sophomore, starting one…Recorded an assist against the Academy of Art…Took 11 shots on the year, placing six of them on goal.
2007: Started in eight matches as a freshman and played in 13…Scored first goal of collegiate career at Menlo College and recorded first assist in the next game against Trinity International.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered five years at Moses Lake Christian Academy in Moses Lake, Washington…helped Lions go 19-1 his senior season to take third in the Washington State Championship Tournament…voted team MVP as a junior and senior…also played basketball at MLCA, leading his team to a sixth and eighth place finish at the state championship tournament his junior and senior year…school co-valedictorian.
PERSONAL: Majoring in Business Marketing…parents are Berend and Carla… has three siblings, older brother Derek and younger sisters Katherina and Stephanie…brother Derek played four seasons on the Biola men’s soccer squad from 2005-2008.
