2011: Played in 38 matches and 135 sets as a junior at Biola...ranked fourth on the team with 281 kills, averaging 2.08 kills per set...also ranked fourth in attack percentage at .241 and fifth in blocks with 70 (0.52 per set)...contributed 46 assists and 41 digs...reached double-figures in kills in 11 matches including a season-high 14 kills in three of those matches...recorded 11 kills in 14 swings with no errors for a season-best .786 attack percentage against Westminster (Sept. 2)...had season-highs of 14 kills and six blocks in a four-set loss at Point Loma Nazarene (Nov. 1)...finished the season with 838 career kills, needing just 162 to reach the 1,000 kill plateau.
2010: Appeared in all 38 matches, making 31 starts as a sophomore…earned All-GSAC recognition after finishing the season with 262 kills (1.94/set), a .250 attack percentage and 56 blocks (0.41/set)…also added 38 digs and 36 assists…had nine or more kills in 12 matches including in all three matches against GSAC rival Concordia…posted a career-best 18 kills in a four-set win over Point Loma Nazarene (Oct. 9)…had a team-best 16 kills in a four-set loss at California Baptist University (Oct. 30).
2009: Made an immediate impact as a freshman, playing in 33 matches and leading the team in kills with 295 (2.44/set), adding 47 blocks (0.39/set), 39 digs (0.32/set) and nine assists…reached double-digits in kills in 15 matches and had at least eight kills in 22 matches…had season-best 15 kills twice, posting 15 kills in 24 swings with two blocks in a sweep over Jamestown College (Sept. 4)…also posted 15 in a five-set win at San Diego Christian (Nov. 10).
HIGH SCHOOL: Played two seasons of varsity at Edison High School…named First-Team All-Sunset League and MVP as a senior…named scholar athlete…played seven years of club ball for TCA-Huntington Beach and Laguna VBC…First-Team All-League Junior Olympics in 2009 and helped team to third place finish.
PERSONAL: Major is Education with an emphasis in early childhood education…parents are Jeff and Carrie…has one younger sibling, Jacqui (17).
