• Competed in five meets for the Eagles
• Posted a season-best 6k time of 23:40.7 at the Pomona-Pitzer XC Invite
• Recorded a season-best 5k time of 18:51.8 at the UCR XC Invite
• Finished 209th at the Lewis Crossover with a 3.73-mile time of 24:16.2
• A part of the team to win the PacWest Cross Country Championships, advance to the NCAA Division II West Region and National Championships
HIGH SCHOOL
• Competed four varsity seasons at Cedar Park Christian High School in Bothell, Wash.
• Helped lead her team to the 2024 Washington 1A State Cross Country Championship
• Ranked top-5 in school history for the 400m (59.90), 800m (2:19.67), and 5k cross country (19:37.6)
• Logged a 2:17.1 split in the Sprint Medley Relay at the 2025 Nike Outdoor Nationals
• Earned All-Conference honors three times in cross country and twice in track and field
• Named Track & Field Coach’s Award recipient (2024), XC Coach’s Award recipient (2024), and Most Inspirational (2025)
• Served as team captain in cross country (2022–24) and track (2023–25)
• Graduated with an honors diploma and received the Presidential Honors Award
PERSONAL
• Born October 11, 2006 to Thomas and Lindsay Regan
• Plans to major in healthcare management and pursue a career in nursing to serve God’s kingdom
• Has two younger sisters: Noel and Carly
• Mother, Lindsay, ran track at Willamette University; cousin, Megan Hergert, ran at Pacific University
• Enjoys camping, painting cards for others, and late-night food runs with friends

• Why I Chose Biola: “I chose Biola for biblically grounded community and values, and for the excellent academics. When I visited campus I immediately felt like Biola was a place I could grow my faith and thrive in the community. Everyone I met was so kind and you could sense the genuine love for the Lord at Biola.”
