• Finished ninth at the PacWest T&F Championships in the 5000

2021
• Appeared in nine meets her freshman year
• Recorded personal bests in 1500 (4:53.40) and 3000 (10:37.65)
• Had six top 10 finishes, four were podium finishes
• One second place finish in the 3000, two third in the 3000 steeplechase and one third in the 5000

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped four varsity seasons at The Ambrose School in Meridian, Idaho, graduating in 2020
• She holds the school 5k record, set in 2019 at 18:44
• She helped lead her team to a runner-up finish at the state championships in 2019
• Earned the Idaho High School Activities Association award for a 3.25+ GPA

PERSONAL
• Born to Kirsten Holmberg
• Plans to major in elementary education, with the goal of impacting young people in the name of Jesus
• She has two siblings (Dania and Lars)
• Her sister, Dania, ran cross country and track for Seattle Pacific and the University of Oregon
• She enjoys drawing and painting
• Favorite Bible verse: Psalm 94:19
• Why I Chose Biola: "I wanted a Christian environment, since my faith is so central. Biola had a great Christ-centered atmosphere but the XC team really made the experience so much better. The team is full of fun-loving people, who's lives are truly centered around Jesus."
