• First Team All-PacWest
• Two-time PacWest Runner of the Week
• Placed 3rd at the PacWest Championships with an 8k time of 24:04.5 (Oct. 26)
• Finished 13th at the NCAA Division II West Region Championships, running 10k in 31:04.5 (Nov. 9)
• Competed at the NCAA Division II National Championships, placing 156th with a 10k time of 31:54.4 (Nov. 23)
• Achieved top-3 finishes at both the Biola Invitational (3rd – 24:39.6) and PacWest meet
• Placed 18th at UCR (23:51.9), 17th at Lewis Crossover (24:24.7), and 41st at Irvine Invitational (26:36.1)
2023
• Competed in five meets for the Eagles
• Led Biola to a PacWest Championship as well as an NCAA Regional appearance
• Placed in the top 25 in three of his five appearances
• Recorded a personal-best 8k time at The Master’s Invitational (24:54.1)

PERSONAL
• Born Nov. 30, 2000 to Hercules and Anna von Molendorf
• Majoring in Psychology with hopes to go back to South Africa and work with students and athletes, and teach them everything he learned from his time at the University
• Has two siblings (Hercules Hamman and Carel Kemp)
• He enjoys classical music and playing the french horn
• Favorite Bible Verse: Jeremiah 29:11
• Why I Chose Biola: “To be given the opportunity to study abroad, is a huge privelege, and to do that at a university with fellow followers of Christ even more so. Since moving with my parents, and studying online, I was rather isolated, and am looking forward to interaction with likeminded students, teammatesm and tutors. To be able to run in Biola colours and to work with Coach Sean Henning is something that I look forward to with anticipation."
