• **2020 season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic**

CSU SAN MARCOS 
• Spent three years of athletic eligibility with the Cougars, earning multiple CCAA All-Academic distinctions and Cougar Big Blue Awards
• Posted back-to-back top-50 finishes at the NCAA West Regional Cross Country Championships 
• Competed in a total of three West Region Championships and was part of a CSUSM team that finished eighth in 2017
• Became the second Cal State San Marcos student-athlete ever to qualify for Outdoor Track Nationals by competing in the 10k

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped four varsity seasons at Claremont High School, graduating in 2017
• Earned four all-league recognitions
• Part of a Wolfpack girls cross country team that won a CIF Division 2 State Championship in 2016

PERSONAL
• Born on May 13, 1999 to Marci and Sean Heckers
• Has four younger siblings: Kaitlyn, Nicholas, Ashlyn and Brooklyn
• Enjoys cooking and doing photography in her spare time
• Favorite Bible Verse: Philippians 4:13
• Why I Chose Biola: "I chose Biola because it provides a community where I can continue to grow in my own faith, academics, and athletics while building meaningful relationships."
