• Prepped four varsity seasons at Cardinal Newman HS in Santa Rosa, Calif., graduating in 2017
• Three-time league champion with the Cardinals 
• Four-time All-North Bay League selection
• Earned the Presidential Academic Award 
• Also ran track at Cardinal Newman, setting multiple school records in the long jump, triple jump, 100m, 200m and 400m

• Born Aug. 13, 1999 to Bert and Trina Hartmann
• Majoring in Public Relations with hopes of working for a non-profit organization like World Vision or Samaritan's Purse

• Why I Chose Biola: “I was initially attracted to Biola because of the sense of community I felt on campus. I felt like I could truly thrive spiritually, academically, and athletically here.”
