• Posted a significant improvement in the 200-IM, setting his season-best at 2:14.70

• Swam mostly sprint freestyle with most of his events being 50-free, 100-free or 200-free
• Finished 24th at the Collegiate Winter Invitational with a :54.93 in the 100-free (prelim time of :54.64 was his season-best)
• Had a top-5 time trial finish in the 50-free at the Collegiate Winter Invite (:24.61). His season-best 50-free was a :24.28 at a PCSC meet
• Also set his season-best in the 200-free at the Collegiate Winter Invite (2:05.26)

• Prepped three varsity seasons at La Mirada HS, graduating in 2011
• Named team MVP in 2011 and and most improved in 2010
• Graduated with highest honors
• Also played football for the Matadores
