• Competed in five races during his first season with Biola
• Posted the best time by any Eagle at the CSU Fullerton Titan Invite (27:19), it was also his season-best
• Placed 39th at the Golden State Athletic Conference Championship meet (27:29)

• Spent two seasons at Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, Calif.

• Prepped two varsity seasons at Fairfield HS in Fairfield, Calif., graduating in 2013
• Posted a 5k PR of 16:19 in 2011
• All-league first team slection in 2011
• Also competed in track and field for the Falcons

• Has three older siblings (Joel, Veronica and Stephanie)
• Majoring in engineering physics, with the goal of going into computer engineering
