HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped three varsity seasons at St. Joseph HS in Santa Maria, Calif., graduating in 2014
• Also played baseball and ran cross country for the Knights
• Set the Pac 7 league finals record in the 800m
• Placed all-league first team in the 800m in 2013
• Named Most Outstanding Athlete at the Bearcat-Rotary Relays
• Made the Dean's Honor Roll in 2011 and 2014

• Born Jan. 31, 1996 to Steve and Michele Malfo
• Has three siblings (Rachel, Joe and Caleb)
• Majoring in business. His father is a business owner
• Both of his parents, and three other relatives, attended Biola
• Enjoys surfing in his spare time
• Favorite Bible Verse: 1 Corinthians 16:13-14
• Why I Chose Biola: “I wanted a place where I could grow closer to God."
