• Appeared in 49 of Biola's games, starting 48 of them
• Named an NAIA and GSAC Scholar-Athlete
• Earned Capital One/CoSIDA Academic All-District recognition
• Made just two errors all season long, compiling a .987 fielding percentage
• Hit 293 in 123 at bats
• Recorded five extra-base hits and five walks
• Led the conference with 27 sacrifice hits

2013
• Appeared in 48 of the Eagles’ games, starting all of them
• Had only three errors in time behind the plate and in the outfield, resulting in a .980 fielding percentage
• Was third on the team with her three stolen bases
• Named to the Capital One/CoSIDA Academic All-District team
 
2012
• Appeared in 42 of the Eagles’ games, starting all of them.
• Had a .944 fielding percentage as a catcher, conceding only 4 errors
• Was a perfect 3-3 in stolen base attempts
 
HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped three varsity seasons at North HS in Torrance, Calif., graduating in 2010
• Was also a cheerleader for the Saxons
• Played on the Saxons’ CIF championship teams in 2008 and 2009, and led the team to the CIF finals her senior year

PERSONAL
• Born June 24, 1992 to Jim and Jackie Thorton
• Enjoys surfing, skating, singing, and playing sand volleyball
• Majoring in Christian ministries
