LA MIRADA --- The PacWest Conference released its weekly awards on Monday afternoon, with the Biola women's soccer team earning PacWest Team of the Week honors for the second week in a row.

The Eagles hosted a pair of CCAA opponents in Cal State San Marcos and Cal State San Bernardino.

Against CSUSM, Biola scored twice while conceding two goals. Hayden Gehring and Jade Alverio each found the back of the net, with Alverio scoring in the final two minutes to secure the 2-2 draw.

Against CSUSB, Alverio provided the late heroics once again. Off a pass from Briley Phelps, Alverio put the ball past the Coyotes' goalkeeper for the game-winning goal in the 80th minute.

The Eagles finished the week with an overall record of 3-2-1. They will visit Point Loma on Thursday, September 17 at 3 p.m.
