LA MIRADA --- Gwendolyn Pidd earned Biola's first WWPA Player of the Week honors of 2026 on Wednesday afternoon. 

Pidd was awarded Co-Offensive Player of the Week back-to-back quality appearances versus two top-25 opponents. Against No. 25 CSUN, she scored five goals on six shots and added three steals in a close 12-10 result. She followed that performance with two goals and another steal against No. 23 Cal Baptist to cap off a strong weekend showing. 

Pidd and the Eagles will be back in the pool against Long Island University on Saturday, Feb 14 at 10:20 a.m.
