November 19, 2025

LA MIRADA --- With the 2025 season coming to a close, Biola men's water polo secured five All-WWPA awards in five different categories.

Gavin McKenzie earned first team All-WWPA honors in his final season with the Eagles. He was named Offensive Player of the Week in the final week of the regular season. He led the team in goals and drawn exclusions. He tacked on 19 assists, second most on the team and collected 11 steals.

Caleb Hernandez was awarded All-WWPA second team honors for his all-around season for Biola. He led the Eagles with 27 assists and 73 points. He scored 46 goals and had 18 steals over 28 games. His 12 sprint wins rank him 10th in the conference.

Adam Lavoy was named to the All-WWPA defensive team for his standout defensive efforts. He recorded 19 steals and had eight field blocks. His work as a center defender made it tough for opposing offenses to get clean looks.

Noah Ryznar made a statement in his first year, being named to the All-WWPA freshman team. He scored 32 goals, third most on the team, and passed 18 dimes. He led the team with 11 field blocks, ranking 7th in the WWPA. Ryznar's 17 sprint wins and sprint percentage of .708 were a huge part of Biola's conference success.

Joshua Dachenhausen was an All-WWPA honorable mention as the primary goalkeeper for BU. He was named WWPA Defensive Player of the Week. He ranked 4th in the conference in saves (181) and 5th in save percentage (.421). He tallied six assists and 12 steals between posts for Biola.
