LA MIRADA --- The academic honors for 2024 continued to roll in on Wednesday for the Biola Women's Water Polo squad. The ACWPC announced its All-Academic List, featuring 19 Eagles and a team award for BU.

To be eligible for consideration, an institution's head coach must be a member of the ACWPC while the student-athlete must attain a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or higher. The list is divided into three levels based on cumulative GPA - Outstanding (4.00-3.71), Superior, (3.70-3.41) and Excellent (3.40-3.20).

Biola added three to its individual total from 2023 of 16. Nearly 80 percent of the roster made the list with GPAs above a 3.20.

The strong academic success as a group put the overall team GPA at a 3.45 mark. The team GPA put them at 33rd in the country, comparing to all water polo programs across all divisions.
