GREENWOOD, Ind.---Nico Ramirez and Santino Serrallonga were honored to the College Sports Communicators' 2024 Men's Tennis Academic All-District team.

Nico Ramirez led Biola on the court and in the classroom. He finished the first year of his master's of business administration with a 3.89 GPA and was the PacWest Conference's Newcomer of the Year and a First Team All-PacWest Singles and Doubles selection. 

Ramirez was nationally-ranked in singles for 10-consecutive weeks and is currently ranked the 32nd-best singles player in the nation. He ended the season 15-6 overall in singles and 13-6 in doubles. Ramirez was also chosen as PacWest Player of the Week twice. 

Ramirez was voted to move on to the CSC Academic All-America ballot, honorees will be announced on June 5, 2024.

Santino Serrallonga, a junior transfer, has a 3.88 GPA in his bachelor's of business administration. Serrallonga had a 13-6 overall record in singles and a 7-7 doubles record. 

His singles record of 13-6 was from the second, fifth and sixth courts. Serrallonga's most wins came from the sixth court where he was 8-2 overall. Ten of his 13 wins were taken in two dominant sets.
