The ACWPC announced its all-academic list for men’s water polo in the 2022 season, honoring 10 Eagles.

April 20, 2023

LA MIRADA --- Biola men's water polo pulled in additional honors with the announcement of the all-academic list from the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches. As a team, the group posted a GPA above 3.0, while 10 Eagles earned a spot on the ACWPC All-Academic List.

To be eligible for consideration, an institution's head coach must be a member of the ACWPC while the student-athlete must attain a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or higher. The list is divided into three levels based on cumulative GPA - Outstanding (4.00-3.71), Superior, (3.70-3.41) and Excellent (3.40-3.20).

Biola was one of only six teams from the WWPA to rank amongst the top in cumulative GPA. The team came in at 3.205 for the distinguished honor.

The 10 student-athletics on the prestigious all-academic list were split relatively evenly between the three segments. Four Eagles were at the top with an "outstanding" mark with three more each in "superior" and "excellent" ratings.
