IRVINE, Calif. --- A week full of wins against Hawaii Pacific was aided by an impressive effort from Oscar Serratos. The senior anchored the heart of the lineup with 11 hits in a four-game sweep of the Sharks, helping him to a PacWest Player of the Week award.

The versatile threat of the BU shortstop brought consistent production for the Eagles on the way to the PacWest weekly honor. In all four games, Serratos logged at least one hit, run and stolen base.

Throughout the four wins, Serratos tallied 11 hits in 18 at bats for a .611 batting average. The strong showing improved his season average to .352 to rank first on the team and sixth in the conference.

The senior ultimately put together a trio of three-hit outings, while also collecting a home run, a double and four stolen bases. On the year, Serratos boasts 14 home runs and 24 steals, making him the only player in the conference with double-digit totals in both categories.

Serratos was consistently in the mix for Biola's run production, as well. The No. 3 hitter in the lineup scored six runs on the week with two in games one and two and one in games three and four. His RBI total came exclusively in game one, as Serratos landed a three-run homer and four total RBIs.

Serratos and the Eagles will be back in action on May 10 for a doubleheader against Azusa Pacific at Eagles Diamond.
