Box Score SAN DIEGO --- Biola baseball traveled down to Point Loma on Friday and started off a doubleheader against the No. 1 team in the west region and No. 3 team in the nation. The hosting Sea Lions came out on top in game one with a 7-0 final scoreline.

The Eagles picked up three hits in the nine-inning contest with singles from Tyler Baca, Rylan Greenlee and Wyatt Duncan. Greenlee also tallied a walk to post a .500 on-base percentage on the day.

The Biola offense found success in the fourth and ninth, loading the bases with two outs on the board but no runs were able to come across.

BU pitching tossed four scoreless frames but a few short rallies from PLNU made the difference in the afternoon game.
