"Our ladies played their hearts out and pushed the pace of the game until the final whistle," explained head coach Erin Brunelle. "We were knocking on the door, but couldn't find an opening past their goal keeper. We are once again proud of the effort put forth by everyone and walk away with heavy hearts for not being able to send our Seniors off with a win."
Brunelle concluded, "Aubrey Fergeson, Katelyn Penner, Rachel Melvin, Catrina Gonzalez, Frances Andrade, Sarah Freed, Christine Maranville, Mason Stansberry - Thank you for all you have done throughout your careers in the BUWS program. You have made the program better through your intentional love and constant support of your teammates. Thank you for allowing God to shape and mold you into the women He's created you to be, and for pouring your lives into those who came before you and who will carry the program forward. You have shown us what it means to be eternal sisters and we know the Biola Women's Soccer legacy will continue as we strive to live, love, and play All For God!"
