Box Score AZUSA, Calif. --- Biola and No. 8 Azusa Pacific battled on Saturday afternoon with the Cougars running away with the 4-0 victory. The two teams played to clinch in the weekend matchup.

The doubles point went to the host squad with a pair of comfortable wins. Sippel and Nuno notched the first doubles win, 6-1, before Snaitter and Bohren secured the point with a 6-2 set.

Strong play from the Cougars continued in singles play, as the top three spots earned the trio of points needed to clinch the match victory.

Alex Sedeno was a positive note in the BU lineup, taking set number one in the No. 5 spot. Before having his match marked unfinished, Sedeno built a 3-2 lead in the second set as he was on pace for a singles win.

The Eagles will return to play against Westmont, who they beat last week, on Thursday at the Biola Tennis Center.
