TODAY: Major Mid-Year Meet

Biola has 12 student-athletes out in Las Vegas vying for records, NCAA cuts.

LAS VEGAS, Nev. --- It's a big day for Biola Swim & Dive as the Eagles participate in their first shave-and-taper meet of the 2021 season. The goal is clear for Head Coach Ryan Kauth and his team this Saturday at UNLV, earn some new school records and some NCAA Division II Qualifying times.

Kauth was able to bring 12 student-athletes out with him to the desert to compete in the one-day, two-session meet with hosts UNLV and some swimmers from Grand Canyon at the UNLV "First-Chance" Invitational.

Unfortunately, the Rebels are not offering any sort of live coverage of the meet, but we will be doing our best to bring updates throughout the day on our social media channels (@biolaathletics). See below for Biola's entries and some pertinent information related to school records and qualifying times.

The meet begins with session 1 at 10 a.m. and has an afternoon session slated for one hour after the conclusion of the first session.

**** 'A' standard earns automatic berth to NCAA Championships. 'B' standard makes swimmer eligible to qualify if their time is selected for participation.
