Baseball Announces Final Summer Camp

The Biola baseball staff will host two prospect camps from August 31 to September 3 for high school baseball players and teams.

August 14, 2018

LA MIRADA, Calif. --- Biola Baseball will close the summer by hosting two prospect camps at Eagles Diamond over Labor Day weekend.

Both camps are intended for high school baseball players who want an introduction to the collegiate recruiting and evaluation process and who aspire to compete at the NCAA Division II level. Registration is open immediately and is available at the baseball camps page.

A single day option will be offered on August 31 from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and will include a variety of showcase drills along with an hour-long batting practice for position players. Attendees will get to hear about the Biola baseball program directly from Head Coach Jay Sullenger and have the opportunity to take any openings in the Labor Day Weekend Team Camp after the conclusion of Friday's activities.

Registration for the single day camp alone in $50 for pitchers and $75 for position players.

High School and travel ball teams are invited to participate in the Weekend Team Camp, which includes a showcase series of three games over the weekend. Every player of attending teams can participate in Friday's prospect camp for an additional flat fee that is charged to the team as a whole.

More information can be found on the biola baseball camps page and additional questions can be directed to assistant coach Andy Smith via his contact page.
