LA MIRADA, Calif. --- A historic occasion is scheduled for Saturday evening as Biola Volleyball faces Concordia University Irvine in Irvine for the Eagles' first-ever PacWest Conference head-to-head matchup.
The Eagles' volleyball team (6-2) is the first Biola sport to compete in a conference matchup during the NCAA Division II era. It's also Concordia Irvine's (4-4, 0-1 PWC) first home conference matchup as full NCAA Division II members.
First serve is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. inside of CU Arena. It's the first match between Biola and Concordia since Oct. 14, 2014. BU leads the all-time series 39-20.
