• Academic All-PacWest
• Appeared in seven meets and had seven top 10 finishes
• Highest individual finish was fourth in the high jump at the Golden Eagle Invite (1.55m)
• Set personal bests in the heptathlon (4374), HJ (1.61m), SP (10.52m), 200 (27.07), JT (28.74m) and 400 (1:02.21)

2023
• Academic All-PacWest
• Appeared in 10 meets and had six top 10 finishes 
• Earned two podium finishes 
• All-PacWest and second in the heptathlon at the PacWest Championships (4214 points)
• Also competed in the 400H at the PacWest Championships where she finished fifth (1:04.16)

2022
• Appeared in eight meets 
• Recorded six top 10 finishes, one was a podium finish
• All-PacWest and PacWest Champion in heptathlon with 4334 points
• Finished first as a member of the 4x400 relay team at the Pomona Pitzer T&F Invite

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped four varsity seasons at Sherwood High School, graduating in 2021
• She holds the school record in the 300m and also in the heptathlon
• Her team finished first in league in 2021
• She earned Female Track Athlete of the Year in 2021
• Earned all-league honors in 2018, 2019 and 2021 and all-state honors in the 300m in 2019
• Academic honors: Advanced Honors Diploma, Student of the Month, Member of National Honors Society
• She also played soccer and basketball for the Bowmen

PERSONAL
• Born February 7, 2003 to Cheryl Sproul
• She is majoring in health sciences
• Has two siblings, including a twin (Spencer and Sidney)
• She enjoys listening to music, painting and making collages
• Both of her parents were collegiate athletes
• Favorite Bible Verse: Isaiah 41:10
• Why I Chose Biola: "I felt that It was the right place for me to grow spiritually, athletically, and academically."
