Andrew joined Head Coach Sean Henning's staff for the 2016 season. He assumed the duties as an assistant coach in charge of working with the team's throws.
From 2011-2015 Crispin coached football and throws at his high school alma mater, El Rancho High School. He took a thrower to CIF DI competition each year. His last year there one of his student-athletes broke the ERHS shot put record with a mark of 36' 11.25". She now attends Biola.
Crispin gained experience as a collegiate student-athlete from 2010-2012 competing for Cerritos College. He played football and competed in track & field for the Falcons and led his football team to an undefeated record each year.
