HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped at Saugus High School, graduating in 2020
• Team captain for the cross country and swim teams and competed in CIF meets in both sports
• Earned All-Foothill League recognition as a varsity runner three times
• Ran in the CIF Division 2 State Championships as a sophomore and junior when Saugus earned back-to-back second-place finishes
• Helped Saugus to a third-place finish at the CIF Division 1 State Championship in 2019
• Competed on the varsity swim team for three years and was the anchor of Saugus' 200 yard freestyle relay at the CIF SS Championship meet in 2019
• Earned Student-Athlete Honors Scholar recognition three times

• Born July 16, 2002 to Christina and Michael Berretta
• Has one older sibling, Althea
• Intends to double major in communications and biblical studies
• Served as a small group leader at Saugus' Christian club

• Why I Chose Biola: "I chose Biola because I knew it'd be a place God could grow me spiritually while preparing me for a career that would glorify Him. I cannot wait to use the athletic gifts He's given me to bring Him glory while maturing as a Christian and a student."
