2014
• Served as an assistant coach for the GSAC Champion women's team
• Earned GSAC and NAIA Scholar-Athlete recognition

2012
• Qualified for the NAIA Outdoor  Track & Field Nationals in the marathon
• Finished first in the GSAC in the 10000m (32:06.26)
• Won the 3000m and set a personal-best at a meet with Fresno Pacific and Westmont (8:46.70)
• Earned All-GSAC as the runner-up in the 5000m (15:29.24)

WHEATON
• Ran two years (2009-10) for the Thunder
• Ran a 4:34.48 mile at the Men's Chicagoland Championships, finishing 10th
• His best finish of the season was a third place mark in the 3000m at the Cardinal Classic (8:56.94)

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped at Wheaton North HS in Wheaton, Ill., graduating in 2008
• Qualified for state in the 3200m
• Coached basketball and track for the Special Olympics
• Named an Illinois State Scholar and National Merit semifinalist

PERSONAL
• Born Dec. 2, 1989 to Dave and Sharon Christensen
• He also runs cross country at Biola
• Has two sisters (Erin and Dayna)
• Majoring in English with the goal of entering a career as a coach
• He enjoys hip-hop
