• Complete Times
• Swam the 50-freestyle and 100-freestyle at the NAIA Swimming & Diving Championship
• Finished under the national qualifying time in the 50-freestyle four times
• Part of three school record-setting relay teams at the NAIA championship meet
• Set his season-best times in both individual events at nationals

2013-14
• Complete Times
• Swam the 50-freestyle, 100-freestyle and all relays at the NAIA National Meet
• Finished inside the top-five in the 100-butterfly at the Malibu Invite
• Recorded one first-place and two second-place finishes in the 100-freestyle over the year
• Set his season-best times in both individual events at nationals

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped four varsity seasons at Maranatha High School in Pasadena, Calif., graduating in 2010
• Led his team to four Valley Vista League Championships and CIF Division IV playoffs each year
• Also played football for the Minutemen

• Born June 26, 1991 to John and Megan Smith
• Has two siblings (Darrin and Cameron)
• His relative Mark played professional baseball, and his brother Darrin also swims at Biola
• He enjoys building computers, scuba diving and body surfing in his spare time
• Majoring in biological sciences and aspires to be a surgeon
