• Earned CoSIDA Academic All-District honors
• Appeared in 20 games for Biola, earning 13 starts

2019
• Once again made 40 appearances for the Eagles

• Made just one error in over 60 fielding chances
• Hit .400 (6-for-15) with three doubles, two runs and three RBI at NCCAA World Series
• Scored at least one run in four consecutive appearances in early February
• Earned Academic All-PacWest and D2ADA Academic Achievement honors

2018
• Appeared in 40 games during her freshman season, earning 14 starts
• Had six hits in 30 at-bats (.200)
• Was a perfect 3-for-3 on the base paths
• Scored eight runs and drove in six others

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped three varsity seasons at Canyon HS in Anaheim, Calif. graduating in 2017
• Hit .368 during her junior season, helping her team to a top-25 ranking
• Helped her team advance to CIF playoffs three times and win two league championships
• Earned all-league first team and all-league second team honors
• Named the Most Inspirational Player at the Michelle Carew Classic
• Earned the Canyon HS Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 2017
• Graduated with a 4.69 GPA
• Member of the National Honors Society and California Scholarship Federation
• Class president or vice president all four years
• Also played volleyball for the Comanches

• Born Sept. 10, 1999 to Tom and Jackie Apodaca
• Majoring in journalism and integrated media
• Hopes for a career as a sports journalist and to pursue a post graduate degree in business or law
• She enjoys going to the beach and playing with her dog named Derek (named after Derek Jeter)
• Has two older siblings (Taylor and Tara)

• Why I Chose Biola: "I absolutely love the Christian atmosphere that Biola has! It is a very welcoming campus where I believe I can grow in my faith with God while getting a top education and playing the sport that I love."
