Morgan Facchini began as an assistant coach at Biola with the 2011 season. She serves as lead assistant to Head Coach Lorie Coleman and is also the recruiting coordinator for the program.Â
Prior to beginning as an assistant coach, Facchini spent four years on Freedom Field as a player. She started 135 games at catcher over her four-year playing career with the Eagles.
Before coming to Biola, she spent four years at Hanfor West High School in her hometown of Hanford, California. She was born to Mark and Luanne Facchini and has three siblings (Brennan, Hudson and Hannah).
All three of her siblings have also gone on to become collegiate student-athletes. Her brother, Brennan, played baseball at Menlo College. Her younger brother, Hudson, played baseball at CSU Monterey Bay, and her sister, Hannah, plays golf at UC Riverside.
She completed her degree in biological sciences at Biola in 2011.
