• Appeared in two meets in her first year with the Eagles
• Set personal bests in discus (36.42m) and hammer throw (32.49m)
• Highest finish was sixth in discus at the Golden Eagle Invite (36.42m)

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped four years of varsity at South Albany High School, graduating in 2023
• Recorded a career-high throw of 120.7 ft her senior year which was also fourth all-time in school history
• Helped her team place fifth at States her senior year
• Individually she placed placed fourth at States
• Team captain her junior and senior years
• MVP Women's Thrower her junior and senior years
• First Team All-League
• Earned a 4.0 GPA every semester
• National Honors Society member
• Received Highest Honors, Music Honors and won Vocalist of the Year
• Also played volleyball and basketball

PERSONAL
• Born May 31, 2005 to Brett and Margo DeYoung
• Majoring in kinesiology
• Hopes to to be a sports advocate for any athlete that struggles with obvious physical pains, as well as the mental obstacles that come with that
• Has one sister, Abigail
• She enjoys hiking, playing the piano, and organizing
• Favorite Bible Verse: Psalm 23:4
• Why I Chose Biola: “I chose Biola because when I visited the campus in September 2022, I instantly felt as if God was calling me there. I'm so excited to be surrounded by others that are living for God."
