2019-20
• Appeared in 10 meets during his first season at Biola
• Recorded a pair of top-6 finishes at the PCSC Conference Championships: 200-butterfly (5th - 1:56.77) & 400-IM (6th - 4:12.29) 
• Finished third in the 200-butterfly at the La Verne Collegiate Winter Invite (1:57.04)
• Helped the team to a program-best third-place finish at the PCSC Championships

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped three varsity seasons with Buchanan High School in Clovis, Calif., graduating in 2019
• Enters Biola with a 200-IM PR of 1:56.46 and a 200-butterfly time of 1:54.90
• Helped his team to a pair of second place finishes at The Valley Championships
• Earned Best Performer (2018) and the Bear Award (2019)
• Made high honor roll and a member of the California Scholarship Federation
• Swam four years at the Clovis Swim Club

• Born June 14, 2001 to Jeffery and Jill Schwantes
• Has two younger siblings (Cameron and Claire)
• Plans to major in applied physics and start a career as an engineer
• He enjoys building computers, learning new skills and magic tricks
• Favorite Bible Verse: 1 John 1:5
• Why I chose Biola: "To improve myself spiritually, academically and athletically."
