• Finished first in the 50-freestyle at the PCSC Championship time trials (:26.28), setting her season-best time
• Swam freestyle and backstroke individual events
• All of her season-best individual times came at PCSC events
• Recorded three top-5 finishes during the season

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped at at Casa Roble Fundamental HS in Sacramento, Calif., graduating in 2014
• Also ran cross country for the Rams
• Earned team MVP and Rookie of the Year honors
• Member of Renaissance
• Also swam club for eight seasons

• Born May 23, 1996 to Henning and Melinda Mortensen
• Has five siblings
• She enjoys sitting on the floor watching YouTube and Netflix
• Her brother, Charlie, also attends Biola
• Majoring in communication disorders, with plans to enter a career as an audiologist
• Favorite Bible Verse: Proverbs 31:10-11
• Why I Chose Biola: "My brother goes here, and I felt like I was home when I walked on campus."
