• Started all 18 matches for Biola as a senior
• Fourth on the team with 1,420 minutes played
• Scored the game-winning goal on his own senior night in overtime against Point Loma

2018
• Played in 15 matches and earned nine starts 
• Named PacWest Defender of the Week on Sept. 17 after scoring a goal against Fort Hays State (KS)
• Played 935 minutes

2017
• Appeared in 16 matches during his first season at Biola, starting twice
• Collected a goal and an assist against Dominican on Sept. 30
• Played 533 minutes

OCCIDENTAL
• Played one year at Occidental College
• Helped his team get to the SCIAC semifinals
 
HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped at California High School in San Ramon, Calif., graduated in 2015
• Helped his team get to playoffs his junior year
• Awarded Honorable Mention and scholar athlete honors
• Earned National Honor society award
• Was also a Scholar Athlete for wrestling in High School

PERSONAL
• Born Sept. 4, 1996 to Francisco and Betty Pelayo
• He has two siblings (Isaac and Mario)
• Majoring in kinesiology with a plan of becoming a physical therapist and work with athletes
• She enjoys studying apologetics and watching motivational videos
• Favorite Bible Verse: Psalm 23
• Why I chose Biola: “I felt the Lord was calling me to transfer to Biola from Occidental College when I was working at Mount Hermon.”
