LA MIRADA---The Biola women's tennis team took down Fresno Pacific 6-1 at the Biola Tennis Center.

Biola secured the doubles point with wins on courts 3 and 2. Alexis Romano and Yeo Kyung Kim earned BU's first victory on court three (6–3) and Kailee Mazzeo and Alessia Radu clinched the doubles point on court two by taking the tiebreak 7–1.

Biola won singles matches on courts 2-4. Radu was the first to finish with a dominant 6-0, 6-0 win on the fourth court. Kim finished next with 6-1, 6-0 win on the sixth court. 

Fresno Pacific picked up a win on the first court, but Dafne Andres clinched the match with her victory on court three. Andres defeated her opponent 6-1, 6-3. 

Ivet Stancheva finished next, recording a 6-4, 6-3 win on the second court. Isabelle Karam closed the match for Biola with a 3-6, 6-2, 10-5 victory on the third court. 

Biola improved 7-3 overall while Fresno Pacific fell 4-3. The Eagles play next on Friday, March 13th at 10 a.m. against Western New Mexico.
