SANTA BARBARA, Calif.---The Biola women's tennis team shutout Westmont College 7-0 at Abbott Tennis Complex.

Biola won the doubles point courtesy of victories on the second and third courts. Alessia Radu and Dafne Andres defeated their opponents 6-3 on court 2 and Alexis Romano and Cassie Donar won 6-1 on court 3.

Biola completed the sweep in singles, with four victories coming in straight sets. Kailee Mazzeo won 6-0, 6-1 on the second court, Radu won 6-4, 6-1 on the third court, Isabelle Karam won 6-2, 6-0 on the fifth court and Yeo Kyung Kim won 6-1, 6-0 on the sixth court.

Ivet Stancheva and Andres outlasted their opponents in three sets. On the first court, Stancheva lost her first set 1-6 and came back to win the next two 6-3, 10-6.

Andres, on the fourth court, lost her first set 2-6 and bounced back to win the next two 7-5, 10-8.

Biola plays next on Friday, Mar. 6 at Jessup University.
