LA MIRADA---Jackie Ibarra and Raquel Reyes were named all-region for the second time this season, this time by the D2CCA.

Ibarra and Reyes were also named All-Region by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA). Ibarra was a first team outfield selection and Reyes was a second team pitcher/utility pick.

Ibarra and Reyes were both selected to the D2CCA's Second Team. Ibarra was a Second Team All-Region outfielder and Reyes was a Second Team All-Region pitcher/utility.

Ibarra was also a First Team All-PacWest pick and broke the Biola Softball Program's Single Season School Record for hits. Ibarra leads her team with a .415 batting average and the PacWest Conference with 85 hits. Additionally, she recorded 23 RBIs, scored 53 times and has an OPS of .886. 

Ibarra, BU's starting left fielder, has a fielding percentage of .990, 91 putouts and four assists. 

Reyes, a Second Team All-PacWest pitcher and designated hitter, ended the season with a 2.27 ERA and a 12-5 overall record in the circle. She threw 126.1 innings, three complete games, had two solo shutouts, one save and recorded 68 strikeouts. The Graduate Student also batted .327 with 54 hits, 13 doubles and four home runs. She also recorded 31 RBIs, scored 15 times and has an OPS of .833.
