LA MIRADA---The Biola track & field teams competed at three meets on Friday. The Eagles were spread out between the Bryan Clay, La Verne Leopard Invitational and Mt. SAC Relays.

Hannah Hanson, Maggie Williams, Ariana Quintana and Jaden Murray set the new school record in the women's 4x400 relay at the Mt. SAC Relays with their speedy time of 3:51.40.

Hope Willis and Laura Brennan earned the Eagles' only podium finishes of the day at the La Verne Leopard Invite. Willis finished second in the women's discus with her throw of 41.54m. Brennan placed third in the women's shot put with her mark of 12.34m.

Aislin Taylor also had an impressive performance at the La Verne Leopard Invitational, placing ninth of 65 runners with a personal best time of 17:35.29.

Bethany Mapes and Melt von Molendorff PR'd in the 1500m runs at the Bryan Clay. Mapes finished 68th in the 1500 with a personal best time of 4:31.56. Von Molendorff crossed the finish line 36th of 135 runners with a personal best time of 3:50.12.
