LA MIRADA --- The Biola Swim and Dive team took home four of the five PCSC weekly awards, thanks to their incredible performance in Slauson Pool. 

Women's Swim and Dive

Morgan Carles earned her female freshman of the week honors thanks to her performance 200 back and the 200 freestyle. She swam her way to first place in both events and put Biola in the lead position in the 400 medley relay, holding first place in conference. 

Men's Swim and Dive

Ben Smith was named the Male Freshman swimmer of the week. His two performances anchoring the 200 freestyle relay and 50 freestyle were among the best in the PCSC. A time of 21.74 in the 50 freestyle is ranked 6th in the conference. 

Koen Vos made a statement in his first meet of the year. He won three events he participated in, including the 400 Medley Relay (46.71 split), 200 Freestyle Relay (21.32 split), and the 100 Freestyle (46.56). His efforts have put Biola in great conference standings.

Caleb Pook showcased his impressive diving abilities on both the 1-meter and 3-meter boards, sweeping a field of six divers. He posted 248.80 points on the 3-meter and 297.35 on the 1-meter. Pook proved he is one of the top divers in the PCSC.

The Eagles will be back in the pool for the Collegiate Winter Invite, Nov. 21-23 in Monterey Park.
