Seniors Selected to Academic All-District Team

Colbeyshae Emery, Brooke Fager and Lilly McNeill represented Biola on the women’s tennis CSC Academic All-Disctrict team.

GREENWOOD, Ind.---The Biola women's tennis team had three seniors named to the College Sports Communicators' 2024 Academic All-District team.

Colbeyshae Emery, Brooke Fager and Lilly McNeill were the three seniors who represented Biola on the women's tennis Academic All-Disctrict team.

Emery graduated with 3.78 GPA in her master's of business administration and was a First Team All-PacWest singles player. The Graduate Student led Biola in singles wins, finishing the season 17-6 overall from the first court. Fourteen of Emery's victories were won in dominant two sets. Emery was nationally-ranked in singles for seven-consecutive weeks and is currently ranked the 17th-best singles player in the nation. Emery also contributed in doubles where she was 17-6 overall.

Emery was chosen as a finalist who will advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot, honorees will be announced on June 5, 2024.

Fager graduated with a 3.67 GPA in her bachelor's of kinesiology. She was a First Team All-PacWest Doubles selection who played a key role in Biola's line-up. The Senior was 11-12 overall in singles and 14-7 in doubles. Fager, with partner Alexandria Mann, were nationally-ranked for 10 weeks and are ranked the sixth-best doubles team in the nation.

McNeill graduated with a 3.63 GPA in her bachelor's of business administration and was a Third Team All-PacWest singles selection. McNeill had a strong presence in Biola's line-up, recording the second-most wins on the team. She was 15-10 overall in singles from the second and first courts. McNeill also contributed in doubles where she was 16-7 overall.
