Box Score IRVINE, Calif.---The Biola women's tennis team was stunned 7-0 by nationally-ranked No. 41 CUI at the CUI Tennis Courts.

Brooke Fager and Alexandria Mann had a big win over CUI's Sophie Rachor and Tiffany Carrillo on the first court. Fager and Mann, nationally-ranked No. 12, defeated nationally-ranked #11 Rachor and Carrillo 6-3 to give Biola a nudge ahead in doubles.

However, the Eagles would fall on courts 3 and 2 which gave the Golden Eagles the doubles victory.

Colbeyshae Emery and Lilly McNeill lost an intense battle to CUI's Emilie Lugon-Moulin and Bryn Johnson. Emery and McNeill ended up being edged 7-5 on the second court.

Biola struggled in singles where they fell on all six courts. 

Emery, nationally-ranked 71, fell 6-3, 6-2 to nationally-ranked No. 57 Rachor on the first court.

Kailee Mazzeo came close to winning a set on the third court but would end up falling 6-1, 6-4 to Carrillo.

Biola plays next on Tuesday, Apr. 2 at 2 p.m. against CSULA at the Biola Tennis Center.
