GLENDORA, Calif— The Biola University women's golf team went head-to-head against Claremont-Mudd-Scripps at the Glendora Country Club Friday afternoon.

Biola edged Claremont-Mudd-Scripps 309-310, taking the victory by one stroke. The Eagles had two of the top three contestants, representing BU was Madison Voisard and Brady Turnquist

Voisard led BU in second place with a three-above par finish of 75. Behind her was Brady Turnquist in third (77), Melanie Reyes in fourth (78), Abigale Morris in sixth (79), and Rachel Shaw tied for eighth (80). 

Biola had two individualists compete: Emily Cons (78) and Jessica Cornelius (82) who ranked sixth and 13th respectively.

Biola's next tournament is Sunday, September 25 at the Westminster Wasatch Invitational in South Jordan, Utah.
