NEW ORLEANS, La. --- Just one week away from the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships, Biola received 11 All-Region selections as announced by the US Track & Field & Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

The USTFCCCA All-Region honors were awarded to the top-five individuals in each event from each region with a total of 1,311 athletes from 99 different institutions being honored. Biola received three honors for the men's team and eight for the women's team. 

Brady DeHaven and Angel Escobar received selections in the 10,000m while freshman Chase Williams received a selection in the 100m. 

Rebeka Preston led the way for the women's team earning selections in the heptathlon and triple jump. Preston was joined by Emily Alvarez (400 hurdles), Hanna Bevan (high jump), Jayme Budwig (discus), Grace Catena (steeplechase), Anna Maumalanga (discus) and Mackenna Mason (10,000m).
