LOUISVILLE, Ky. --- On Wednesday, the Eagles were ranked No. 24 in the nation with the announcement of the NFCA Division II Top 25 Coaches Poll.

BU moved up one spot from the previous poll and matched the rating the team received from the NFCA on April 28. In the latest poll, Biola corralled 35 points to land securely in the No. 24 spot.

The BU squad is amidst a three week hiatus from play but have recently garnered multiple postseason awards. Nikki Udria headlined the list of All-PacWest accolades for the team, as the three-year head coach was named PacWest Coach of the Year.

Five student athletes followed with placements on the All-PacWest Teams. Kayla Neff, Jennifer Morinishi and Paige Austin each nabbed All-PacWest First-Team selections. Ruth Munoz and Raylene Roybal added to the team's success with All-PacWest Third-Team distinctions.

The BU team currently awaits the NCAA Division II Regional Championship Selection Show, which is scheduled for Sunday, May 16 at 7:00 pm to find out about their postseason opportunity. Biola held strong at No. 2 in the West Region, putting them in prime position for the upcoming tournament.
