Box Score THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. --- Biola Women's Tennis nearly pulled off a clean sweep of Cal Lutheran Saturday afternoon, cruising to a 8-1 non-conference victory at Poulson Tennis Center. 

The Eagles (3-2) swept the Regals earning all three doubles points, they kept the momentum going throughout the day, taking five of six singles wins. Colbeyshae Emery picked up the first win for the Eagles during singles. 

Emery was backed up by teammates Gaby Carvajal, Lilly McNeill, Mary Brascia and Ines Diaz, all earning straight-set wins. Joslin Seaberg logged the lone singles win for the Regals taking set one 6-2. Maddison Swaney fought hard to try and force a third set but she came up short 7-5 in the second set. 

McNeill and Fager secured the first win out of the No. 2 spot for BU, taking down CLU's Groff and Foreman 8-4.Amelia Kitts and Gaby Carvajal would secure the Eagles' second doubles victory 8-2 followed by Emery and Brascia in a back and forth 8-4 victory.  

On the day, Biola saw shutout wins from Colbeyshae Emery in the No. 1 spot in her first set as well as from Gaby Carvajal in the No. 2 spot in her second set. 

The wins help Biola to move to 3-2 on the season as they continue with PacWest play at Academy of Art on Mar. 1 in San Francisco, Calif. This will be the first contest between Biola and Academy of Art.
