LA MIRADA, Calif. --- The College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association released its fall 2019 NCAA Division II Scholar All-American teams. For the second year in a row, both Biola programs earned the association's academic recognition.

Biola's men's team had a top-10 team GPA in all of NCAA Division II with a 3.31 total. The women's team was just outside of the top-10 in NCAA Division II with a 3.42 team GPA.

The CSCAA selected a record 762 programs from 480 institutions to the Scholar All-America Team for the Fall 2019 semester. Teams were selected on the basis of their Fall 2019 grade point averages and represent 17,685 student-athletes.

Founded in 1922, the CSCAA is the nation's first organization of college coaches. The mission of the CSCAA is to advance the sport of swimming and diving with coaches at the epicenter of leadership, advocacy, and professional development.
