KINGSBURG, Calif. --- After excelling on and off the field during her time at Kingsburg High School, Olivia Doyle joins Biola Track & Field as the newest addition to Head Coach Sean Henning's squad.

Doyle will specialize in the high jump with the Eagles after adding to Kingsburg's record books and dominating the Central Sequoia League as a track and volleyball star. She plans to study communication sciences and disorders at Biola with the goal of one day becoming a childhood speech pathologist.

"I chose Biola because the first time I came to tour the school, I fell in love with community created on the campus by everyone there," said Doyle.

As she enters her final high school season, Doyle has the chance to take first in the CSL for her signature event for what would be the fourth-straight year. She set a personal record of 5-foot-3-inches in the high jump at the CSL championships in 2019. She was part of a track quartet that set a new school record in the 4X400 meter relay.

On the court, she played an integral part in leading the Vikings to a CIF Division IV Valley Section championship this past fall as a captain on the team.

In addition to all her athletic success, Doyle has constantly made Kingsburg High School's honor roll while maintaining a grade point average between 3.8 and 4.0. She also volunteers in her church's children's ministry in her spare time.

"I am most excited about the team I will be a part of at Biola and the next level of competition I will get to experience," she said.
