BELLEVUE, Wash. --- An accomplished lacrosse player and athlete commits to spend four years with Biola Track & Field. Trevor Hormel becomes the fourth Hormel to attend Biola and the third to be a student-athlete during their time here.

He runs the 400m and 4x400m relay and won two state lacrosse championships during his time at Bellevue High School. He also played on the football team and was the Cross Country team captain.

Hormel led the football team to a Kingco Championship and was a part of the Kingco Champion 4x400m relay team. He was also named to the all-tournament team at the National Lacrosse Invitational.

"I decided to attend and run track at Biola, because I love the campus and I have heard a lot of great things about the biblical foundations of both the academics and athletics at Biola from my siblings," said Hormel.

Hormel is a great student, earning a National certificate of Merit in latin during his time as a Wolverine. He plans to major in business while at Biola and leave the school readily employable.
